The 2025 Isuzu MU-X RJ MY25 LS-M is a robust, seven-seat, five-door SUV built for both family comfort and off-road capability.
Powered by a 3.0-litre turbo-diesel engine producing around 140 kW and 450 Nm, this 3.0DT version delivers strong low-rpm torque, ideal for towing, rough terrain, and loaded driving.
Coupled with a 6-speed Rev-Tronic automatic transmission, it gives smooth shifts and flexibility across conditions.

As a 4×4, it includes a dual-range transfer case, selectable drive modes, and shiftable between high and low ranges.
It also has a rear differential lock to improve traction when needed.
These features, combined with good ground clearance (about 230 mm) and an impressive wading depth of about 800 mm, make it well-suited to light to moderate off-road duties.

Inside, the seven seats are arranged in a fold-flat format so that with the second and third rows folded, a large, flat cargo area is possible — great for transporting gear, luggage, or bulky items.
The interior of the LS-M trim is practical: high-grade cloth upholstery, a polyurethane steering wheel, an 8-inch infotainment screen (in the LS-M) with wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, bi-LED headlights, automatic high beams, and standard safety tech.

Towing capacity is strong for this class: the 3.0-litre 4×4 MU-X can tow up to 3,500 kg (braked).
Payload is in the ballpark of 650-660 kg for most configurations.

Exterior styling is updated with Isuzu’s latest touches: refreshed grille, LED lighting front and rear, and side and rear styling cues brought in through updated bumpers, taillights, and trim.
The LS-M retains the 17-inch six-spoke alloy wheels.
It doesn’t have some of the premium accoutrements of higher trims ( power tailgate, leather seats), but balances value, capability, and comfort.

On the safety front, it’s well equipped: eight airbags, driver assistance features such as Forward Collision Warning, Autonomous Emergency Braking (with Turn Assist), Lane Departure Warning/Prevention, Adaptive Cruise Control, Blind Spot Monitoring, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, etc.
